Where we meet                                                                                          Navigation

All meetings will be held at The Carriageworks, Millenium Square, Leeds now between 7.30 & 9.30 pm, and will be run by the Circle's Chair or Vice Chair. Meetings usually start with a short session of announcements and general business, and most will be general manuscript readings, though there are occasional 'Feature Evenings'.  We try to meet fortnightly as far as possible - though public holidays and unforeseen events sometimes upset the pattern, so it is best to check with the secretary if you've not attended before or for a while.

The entrance to The Carriageworks. Millenium Square, Leeds,  is just to the left of the big screen.
Meetings run between 7.30 - 9.30 pm on Monday Evenings as detailed in the prospectus.  Room details are posted on a noticeboard by the box office. (We met at 7 pm for years but must move the meetings by half an hour to secure our room at the Carriageworks. This was not anticipated and we regret any inconvenience it may cause. We will try to accommodate people who must leave early by letting them read earlier if possible.)
Early arrivers usually gather in the bar area, in the hope that one day it might be open!
